Honey

Our pure honey is raised and harvested directly on the farm! We have hives in the wildflower and lavender field. All of our honey is raw and unpasteurized so it retains all it's health benefits and is great for those with allergies.

We harvest our honey after each bloom time so we can get the Spring, Summer and Fall flowers separately. Our Pure Raw Honey is harvested at the end of the year of all the seasons together. Each batch will also vary in color and taste.

Each year the honey will taste slightly different as there are many factors that go into the bees making the honey. Weather is the biggest factor. If it is a really dry year or really wet year, the flowers may have a different concentration of nectar that the bees collect. So the honey may be stronger or lighter in taste as well as darker or lighter in color.

Nothing is added to our honey, it is all what the bees collect when they are out foraging on the flowers and lavender.  We offer a unique honey right here in our back yard that everyone loves. Give it a try your next order!

Just like a good varietal wine, our honey is also a great way to taste the seasons. Enjoy it in a nice cup of tea, you can bake with honey or try our personal favorite, honey on top of ice cream. It tastes amazing.
