The Fresh Blend is composed of Sugar Pea, Sunflower, Broccoli, Kale, Purple Vienna, Kohlrabi, Red Acre Cabbage, Arugula, Southern Giant Mustard and Radish Microgreens. Our most nutritional and flavorful varieties. It is crunchy, sweet and delicious. Sunflower greens especially are considered to be the most balanced source of essential amino acids, helping to repair muscle tissue and aid in enzymatic functions in the body. They help activate every cell of the immune system and help to keep gut bacteria healthy, improving one's ability to fight disease. The nutrition mix contains a wide variety of vitamins and minerals that are important in staying active and healthy. It can be used in so many different applications but can also be eaten straight as a salad with some dressing. The taste is balanced and the presentation is gorgeous but that's enough from us we'll let you be the judge!

We will communicate with you depending on the current demand we are experiencing if we have our greens on hand. If we do not have a fresh order on hand for you we will start growing your product, which takes about 10 days initially. Rest assured that your greens are growing tall and mighty, just for you. We take the time to hand plant our greens upon orders.
